METAL STRUCTURE HOUSE FOR GRANJA SAN MIGUEL
On this occasion we have designed, for GRANJA SAN MIGUEL, a metal structure building to be fitted with brand new equipment for barn egg production in Ferreruela de Huerva, Teruel. The dimensions of this impressive building are 142 x 30, H 6,5 m. The building is made of hot-dip galvanised metal structure and sandwich panel with CE marking certificate 1377/CPR/EST-0002.NAVE PARA SECADO DE GALLINAZAAttached to the hen house, we built another building to house the poultry manure drying system. For this purpose, we installed high-pressure fans connected to the poultry house with a double function:
- ventilation of the poultry house
- pressurised air supply in the poultry manure drying system
TÚNELES DE CONEXIÓNTo connect the chicken shed with the sorting centre, we have built a communication tunnel through which the egg conveyors will run. In the part closest to the warehouse, the tunnel has a passage of 5 m. of useful height. This is to facilitate the circulation of trucks and avoid hindering traffic around the facilities
SISTEMA DE CLIMATIZACIONIn addition to the metal structure shed in which the birds will be housed and the tunnels for both drying and connecting the chicken manure, we have developed and installed the entire air conditioning system, including windows, pad cooling, fans and our own ad hoc environmental control to combine the air conditioning of the chicken shed with the air flow needs for drying the manure. All of this is designed to achieve the well-being environment that contributes to the optimal performance of the egg production plant, with a high level of feed conversion and the use of dried chicken manure as another product within the poultry farm.
