With the installation of this system, developed and patented by Ingeniería Avícola, Avícola Ballester is a benchmark in the management of by-products from egg processing centres. With a shell drying capacity of 80,000 eggs/hour, Avícola Ballester not only manages the by-product “shell” responsibly, but also takes advantage of it by adding value and obtaining a new product suitable for the following uses:
